Cancellations

You and your appointments are very important to us. We take great care to reserve ample time especially for you. We also understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel in less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Tardiness

If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

Tipping

Gratuities are accepted in Cash, Personal Check, and Venmo.

Product and Hair Tool Return Policy

Chrysalis Hair Design accepts product returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We ask that returned products are only gently used. Credit issued will be equal to the value of purchase. Hair tools such as blow dryers and flat irons must be returned, by you, directly through the manufacturer.
